  • In order to provide our services (i.e. French tuition). We must collect data and share this with the tutors assigned to deliver tuition on our behalf.

We contact them to organise a consultation call to find out more about their requirement. We then check that they are happy with their tutor match after the first lesson and we liaise with them if any issues or complaints arise.

This data processor does the following activities for us: They provide our Client Relationship Management system.

• Specialist teachers such as peripatetic workers or speech and language therapists
• Organisations we need to share information with for safeguarding reasons
